Terms & Conditions – Brookside Farms

Welcome to Brookside Dairy. By booking your stay through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations must be made directly through our official website.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
  • All rates are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes and fees.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

2. Minimum & Maximum Stay

  • A minimum stay of 2 nights and a maximum of 21 nights applies.
  • Requests for longer stays may be approved on a case-by-case basis — contact us here to enquire.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: By 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability and must be approved in advance.

4. House Rules

  • No pets allowed on the property due to biosecurity requirements on the farm.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
  • No parties or unauthorized gatherings.
  • Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

5. Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellation terms to provide peace of mind:

  • 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund
  • Within 7–13 days of arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
  • No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

6. Liability & Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required following their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge accordingly for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning.
  • Brookside Dairy is not liable for loss of personal belongings or accidents during your stay.

7. Privacy & Security

  • All personal information provided during the booking process is kept strictly confidential.
  • Your details will only be used for reservation and communication purposes.
  • Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe.

8. Changes or Termination

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of violations of these terms, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure).
  • In such cases, guests will be notified, and refunds will be issued as appropriate.
